Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA)
The Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) is a nonprofit organization focused exclusively on supporting adults with ADHD. ADDA provides education, information, peer connection, and practical resources to help adults understand and manage ADHD across different areas of life. Resources and programs include virtual peer support groups, workgroups, webinars, self-paced courses, an ADHD information library, community events, and a professional directory. Support groups address a range of interests and life experiences, including young adulthood, relationships, work, productivity, healthy habits, and other aspects of living with ADHD.
