Wrightslaw Training Programs

Wrightslaw Training Programs provide education on special education law and advocacy for parents, advocates, educators, attorneys, healthcare providers, and others supporting children with disabilities. Training covers IDEA and special education law, evaluations and testing, IEPs, advocacy strategies, and effective educational advocacy. Wrightslaw offers live in-person and Zoom training, self-paced multimedia programs, and private training for organizations, schools, clinics, and agencies. Particularly useful for families seeking IEP and special-education advocacy education rather than direct legal services. Current 2026 offerings include both in-person and Zoom programs, which may sell out early.
