WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS

Practical. Evolving. Community-Centered.

This page is meant to be practical, evolving, and community-centered. Some families need immediate support. Others are looking for everyday tools that make life a little easier. We're building this resource library with a focus on accessibility, usefulness, and a range of price points.

This is a living resource. More community recommendations, borough-specific supports, and family-informed picks will continue to be added as we grow.

FEATURED

Most Useful for Everyday Support

A starting point for families looking for practical, everyday tools — across a range of budgets.

SENSORY & REGULATION

Sensory & Regulation Support

Tools that support self-regulation, sensory processing, and calm at home, in school, and on the go.

These products are commonly used by families of neurodivergent children to support sensory needs, emotional regulation, and daily comfort.
They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional support.

BUDGET-CONSCIOUS

Support for Everyone

Practical tools and resources that don't require a large budget. Every family deserves access to support.

This section highlights resources that are affordable, widely available, and genuinely useful. We've intentionally prioritized items that are accessible across income levels.

We will continue adding free and low-cost resources to this section. If you know of a resource that should be here, please submit it below.

WELLNESS

Wellness for Caregivers & Children

Sound practices, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness tools for you and your child.

These resources support the whole family, including the caregiver. From guided meditations to sound baths and breathing tools, this section is for your nervous system too.
